Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, signing in to Vuzol, including with Google, or using public pages of the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Vuzol on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Service purpose
Vuzol provides tools for receiving leads, webhook flows, Telegram notifications, public storefronts, products, categories, orders, online booking, services, teams, schedules, calendars, customers, reviews, and notes. Vuzol is not a marketplace, payment intermediary, delivery service, employer for your team, legal, financial, or medical adviser.
Account and security
The user is responsible for accurate account data, secure handling of email, password credentials, Telegram access, or a connected Google Account, timely updates to contact information, and all actions performed through their account. You must promptly notify [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. If you give access to employees or assistants, you are responsible for their permissions and actions.
User content
The account owner is responsible for business names, descriptions, photos, logos, background images, products, services, prices, contacts, addresses, customer data, reviews, notes, schedules, and other content added to Vuzol or published on public pages. You confirm that you have the right to use and publish such content and that it does not violate the rights of others.
Customer data and consent
If you collect end-customer data through Vuzol, you are responsible for the lawfulness of that collection, providing required notices, obtaining consent where required, correctly configuring public pages, and responding to customer requests about their data. Vuzol processes that data to provide service features as described in the Privacy Policy.
Prohibited use
You may not use Vuzol for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, phishing, sale of prohibited goods or services, intellectual property violations, malware distribution, hidden tracking, harassment, discrimination, mass scraping, overloading webhook endpoints, bypassing plan or technical limits, processing data without an appropriate legal basis, or interfering with the operation of the service.
Integrations and third-party services
Vuzol may interact with Telegram, Cloudflare, Google Cloud, Google Identity Services or Google OAuth, Google Sign-In, SMTP providers, and other services that are needed for features or configured by the user. Those services have their own terms, policies, limits, and availability; Vuzol does not control their changes, outages, blocks, or decisions about your bot, webhook, or account.
Plans, limits, and feature changes
Available features and the number of businesses, services, employees, customers, appointments, webhook deliveries, or other resources may depend on the plan, test mode, technical limits, and account settings. Paid Vuzol CRM plans are SaaS subscriptions for access to software, a web portal, online booking and related IT services. Auto-renewal can be cancelled in the account: there will be no further charges and access remains until the current paid period ends. A request for immediate cancellation with a payment refund is reviewed separately by support; after a confirmed refund, the account is immediately downgraded to the base plan. If a paid plan expires or the next payment fails, access may be downgraded to the base plan. We may change, add, limit, or discontinue features for security, maintenance, product development, or legal requirements.
Suspension or termination
We may limit, block, suspend, or terminate access to an account or specific features if we suspect a violation of these Terms, a security risk, unlawful activity, abuse of integrations, unreasonable load, or a requirement from law or a platform. A user may delete their own account in profile settings; this deletes the account and related services in the active system and cannot be undone.
Disclaimers and liability
Vuzol is provided within the available functionality without a guarantee of a specific commercial result, uninterrupted operation, error-free message delivery, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Vuzol is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, user actions, configuration mistakes, third-party service unavailability, or decisions made based on data in the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as features, laws, or platform requirements change. Continued use of Vuzol after an update means acceptance of the new version unless otherwise required by law. Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
